UI/UX Designer opportunity with a well-funded and fast growing startup in the HealthTech space.

The designer they are looking for is someone skilled in being able to understand complex issues and create solutions, producing arresting UI built on a foundation of intuitiveness and ease of use. Ideally you will have previously worked with products that display information, the consequences of which are of real importance to the user.

About the role:

  • Take an evidence-based approach to solving UI and UX problems, participating in user research
  • Create design solutions in collaboration with the product and tech teams
  • Look at user engagement and find opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Take business requirements and produce sketches and mock-ups as well as designs
  • Collaborate with the Development team to be sure concepts can be brought to life
  • Produce interfaces that can withstand rigorous testing
  • Consult with clients and stakeholders
  • Working in an agile environment, providing real variety of tasks and responsibilities ensuring you won't get bored!

About you:

  • You already possess at least a couple years of commercial digital design experience, both B2B and B2C
  • Are clearly someone who is passionate about design and is always looking to learn and grow
  • Keen to demonstrate your experience in building a design system
  • Love working collaboratively within a wider team and agile environment
  • A clear communicator when it comes to discussing your design ideas
  • Follow UI/UX best practices and keep up to date with current trends
  • Wireframing, storyboarding and user flow experience
  • Can easily and succinctly demonstrate how you’ve taken a client’s brief and responded to it, from start to completion
  • Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Cloud experience
  • An understanding of front-end development (enough to help you communicate ideas easily with the dev team)
