Digital Sales Associate Director

Wilson Grey has partnered with a leading consultancy to recruit an experienced Digital Sales & Marketing Associate Director to start in January 2021. You will be based in their London offices with some European travel. 

Our client provides outstanding services in working with businesses to help them with digital transformation around their sales function. They provide the expertise to allow businesses to understand the effects of digital and help them realise their true value potential. This is done by transforming and innovating business practices and tools, such as the use of cutting-edge technology including IoT, blockchain, AI, robotic process automation, etc., integrating the sales function with marketing and getting the most out of data to uncover new revenue streams.

About the role:

  • Provide deep insights into B2B customers
  • Help businesses change how they structure their businesses, engage customers and use data
  • Help with go-to-market digital strategies using powerful tools and practices
  • Help clients move from a traditional sales model into one that is integrated with marketing and driven by data
  • Provide the knowledge for businesses to grow their revenue and increase market reach
  • No commercials/targets – the focus is on executing and delivering projects for clients
  • Working side-by-side with first-class in-house teams, each with their own area of expertise, to deliver the best solutions for your clients’ sales and customer journeys
  • Lead project teams and be the interface with the end clients

Essential experience:

  • Significant experience in B2B digital sales, coming from a high-growth tech business (e.g. SaaS, FinTech, software sales, consulting, etc.)
  • Have previously been hands-on in leading a sales & marketing function
  • Strong BD & lead gen skills, developing sales strategies (processes/methodologies)
  • Have recruited, trained and led teams, owning KPIs and other sales metrics
  • Have developed sales strategies and can demonstrate a clear understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys
  • Have been involved in digital transformation, restructuring traditional sales into integrated digital sales & marketing techniques and methods
  • Recent experience in successfully utilising technology, such as AI/ML, to produce increased sales
  • Experienced in stakeholder management with c-suite clients
  • Have integrated or introduced sales & marketing tech (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Hubspot, Netsuite, Pipedrive, etc.)

Compensation:

  • Dependent on experience our client offers a basic of £120k - £150k
  • A generous non-contributory pension scheme
